WOOHOO

I ran 3 miles for the first time ever today! (On the road that is.) I did my usual route and noticed the high school was open so I threw in a mile or so on the track. They had these little kids getting ready for football practice. It was so cute!

Anyhow, I was doing pretty well for a while, getting regular exercise and eating healthy, then I started traveling and it all went to crap. So I am trying to get back into things, even though I am scheduled to travel again, which means no exercise and lots of dinners.

HANDS FREE MEANS NO HANDS

So that new hands free law came into effect yesterday. I don't think some people quite get it though. Yes, using your speaker phone is acceptable. However, using your speaker phone while holding your phone up to your mouth seems to defeat the purpose of the law. Yesterday I saw at least two people doing this and I'm thinking... umm.... yeah, I don't think that's gonna fly.

Only one more day of work to go! Woohoo! I LOOOOVE holidays! Have a happy fourth!
