SHOE TIP #1

When I was in Vegas, Tracy asked me if I had a suggestion because she was having trouble with a shoe that kept slipping off her heel. She said she had added some padding to the back but it wasn't helping. It's not likely to help because it will only lift your heel higher in the shoe. However, what you can do to help is add a little padding to the front of your shoe, underneath the ball of your foot. This will actually help push your foot back a little so that it comes into contact with the back of the shoe and make it more secure without making the front of the shoe too tight.
